I'm sure we'll have a September thread up soon, I missed a couple days posting. Got busy with work.
I walked my 30 min A.M. on the 30th and 31st. Walked 4.5 km each evening as well, 20 minutes of toning each evening while cooking my dinner as well.
Spent my weekend baking 'fudgy' nut bars - which are actually made with black beans as the main ingredient, but the final product tastes like chocolate and coffee. They're heavenly, full of fiber, silky smooth texture, and under 100 calories each!

Guilt free pleasure!
