there look to be a good many stations in michigan... fewer in indiana... here are the lists, if you just want to get a quick look (but the station links inside these lists will not take you back to trip planner).

don't know there are close enough ones for you for both departure and arrival? that way you'd only have to get rides to the stations and back. not sure how costly it is but i'd think cheaper than flying.
