Oh, and I also have a question about the Nevro: I went to their web site, clicked the US link, and the first think I noticed was this at the bottom:

CAUTION: Nevro’s Senza™ system is an investigational device limited by Federal (USA) law to investigational use. Not available for sale in the United States

So I'm guessing that's that, then, hunh? We can't have it here, right?
