hey all,

I got to Denver yesterday (3/14) without a hitch....weather is nice. Today was overcast and very damp - had some pain but it didnt stop me from driving to Colorado Springs and the Air Force Academy. I treated myself to dinner at Casa Bonita (at someone here's suggestion - yummy!)

Mom will be joining me tomorrow. It will be 60's and 70's here this weekend...nice! Mom wants to do some horseback riding in Estes Park over the weekend so that will be nice, and less painful for me.

Monday is appts with PT and anesthesia, Tuesday is appts with Dr. Annest and Dr. Brown, and surgery is bright and early Wednesday morning. It still hasnt sunk in that I am really here! I can't believe it's finally happening!
