something for pain
anti depressant or anti anxiety med
muscle relaxer
sleep aid

this is just a generic sample
It seems like the Drs for RSD do try to give their patients a combination like that... in my case: anti-depressants (for sleep), pain medication and then another medication for nerve pain.
