At this time it seems to be going all the way up to the lower part of Maine. It goes West of there to Lake Ontario. So the whole North East part of America is getting soaked again.

It's been such a slow moving storm.

Di. Are you OK? It looks like Pennsylvania is getting soaked again. BF
