Hi again, I was scrolling through posts and I had read on one of them a guideline to use for making a list of symptoms to take with you to your neurolist appt. I meant to bookmark the post but forgot to and now can't find it.

Does anyone have a list like this? I remember it was listed as an "a-z" and primary and secondary symptoms. I know it would be very helpful for me to take to my first neurologist appt.
