Hi ~ I think if it were me, I'd ask for an MRI with and without contrast material, on my spine. You could possibly have a bulge(s) or herniation that causes these symptoms -- or at least some of them. It's worth a try.
Whatever it is, it certainly sounds miserable. I have spinal problems, and I also suffer from most of those symptoms.
