I just saw your post , so haven't read your other ones.

Is she on any muscle relaxers?
Can she get any ongoing therapy for these spasms & pain?
Has any ultrasound, low level laser, near / far infrared been tried?

I don't know how hypersensitive her skin in in those locations , but massage if tolerated might help.
