I have RSD in both my hands, wrists and arms. At first I thought I could do nothing but lay on the couch and be depressed watching TV. I have managed to Crochet a little. I was doing a little every day, even if it was only a few stitches. I really enjoy it and it helps with getting my wrists moving.

MOVE IT OR LOOSE IT!

Anyways, that is my hobby. Right now, I have been pushing the family around trying to get a little spring cleaning done. This has taken over my time to crochet.

Happy thoughts of pain free days... Oh yea!

The boards and...

I also stare at my fish tanks alot. I can work a little in them rearranging and such because of the tropical temperatures in the water. It is a slow moving thing when I do it but it is so pretty afterwards. My hubby keeps them maintained. He knows it helps reduce my stress and pain levels just to watch them.

Anyways, that is my 2 cents, Thanks for posting the question!
