Hi Walt .. I just wanted to say a quick HELLO and welcome you to this wonderful site. I'm sure you will get lots of help, support and advice from people in a similar position to yourself.

It's horrible isn't it, when your way of life changes and you have to re adjust .. but we do, and sometimes its something to be thankful for. I for one, never used to notice the little things but because I am very slow at walking now, I do .. and for that I am thankful.

It's very hard at times to find something to be thankful for .. but when you do, you have to hang onto it with both hands so the memory of it is there for you in your bad times.

Again, welcome .. pull up a chair and I'll put the kettle on for a cup of tea.
