Hi,
I think it sounds like dystonia.
I used to get dystonia first of all it started in my toes, then it spread in my foot.
I found it was worse when I was in need of some Sinemet.
After a dose and coming back to an "on" state it would subside.
For me it hasn't recurred since DBS nearly 8yrs ago till recently but is still much less painful then it was before.
