Welcome to NeuroTalk.

I'd suggest you try rubbing Biofreeze on your feet. You might find that it blocks the burning sensations for hours.

Many of us on the PN forum get more pain when lying down.
This might be just because sensation and the sensory nerves were blocked by pressure of walking/standing, and when that is released, you then feel the other sensations.

Or it might signal something in your spine.

The Biofreeze works really well...it is amazing stuff. Because of its gel base it works better than some other products out there.
Now it is available at reasonable prices on Amazon. There are some sellers there offering it for around 7-8 dollars now which is a good deal.
