Regarding the percocet - most doctors are leary of prescribing opioids unless circumstances warrant it or you are a regular patient. I know this is frustrating . They probably didn't perceive you as a drug addict, rather they may have been covering their back since the DEA regulations have really cracked down and every Dr is held accountable.
