thank you for sharing your painful experience. i too suffer with the same, i was prescribed the medicine Lyrica, i experienced relief but also had dangerous side affects stopped taking it. caused blistering in mouth, skin and more. but describing your symptoms are if not similar if not ditto to my pains in hands and feet. all of my fingers in both hands are effected at the moment my thumbs hurt more than the others. moving up the pain is in both arms, and oh my god do my elbows hurt if i should knock them into anything PAIN... i refer to it as a pulse or heartbeat of pain constant. it hurts to even type. good luck. i am so glad i could share, i surely am not alone.
