Hi there. Just saw this post, and had some thoughts for you.

Rashes are very difficult to pinpoint.

Two very common causes are 1) gluten sensitivity which can cause a very itchy rash called dermatitis herpitformis.
2) a reaction to the scabies mite. This original lesion might be anywhere on the body, but once you become sensitized to it, the rash develops all over.

Of course one would wonder about fungus..since it started on your feet.

I think a visit to a good dermatologist is in order. Perhaps the steroid is not working or even spread it.
