part of a disabled persons responsibility while recieving ssdi is to continue seeing your doctor and takeing medication for your disabling condition so when social security reviews your case you will have all the evidence so that your benefits will continue.however,if social security sees that you have not been seeing a doctor on a regular basis they will consider this as a sign that your condition has improved and to stop your benefits.
