as i see it you have two choices. you can call her again tomorrow and tell her, saying you forgot to mention it. or you can do the same when you check in with her about the Klonopin. specify the dosage / taper schedule, too.

She may choose to increase the Klonopin or tweak your geodon temporarily. but i believe it would be best to get her in the loop - the sooner the better. mention your past experience too. she may even just reassure you... one less thing to worry about would be nice.

didn't you take some prednisone for your shoulder - when you had the blocked shoulder? i think it was less than 30 mg that time (like 20 or 10 mg?). hopefully you'll be fine.
