hi anjjiel,
I did have a dry socket and had to go back to dentist once.
all they did was pick at it and clean it out.
it took a good 2 to 3 weeks for pain to subside.
He put me on clindamycin for 2 weeks.
Clindamycin is very effective but i can understand that
it does give stomach problems. definately would need to eat
and drink something while taking that. clindamycin destroys the acid
in the stomach and some acid is good to have in the stomach from what ive been told but id continue with the amoxy for now. That syringe seems like
its an inneffective way to treat the extraction wound. It seems like
it irritates the wound even more.
