It is very difficult to find a cal/mag that does not have Oxide in it.

When you buy mixed supplements you give up being able to get what you in particular needs.

Most of the D in a mixed product is 400IU, for example which is too low too.

I am now using a lotion for my mag. It is so much easier and not expensive at all. It is called CVS Epsom lotion.
