Good ideas.

I got off the Xanax because I was having problems.
I think I was getting the paresthesia.
It was a hard med to get out of my system. Awful.

I have taken .25 or .50 Klonopin during the day but I try not to take it when I am sleep deprived. I chose that one hour meeting over the needs of the rest of my day.
