Sorry to hear you're feeling crappy.

If you can afford it, I would highly recommend getting a cleaning service in every other week. It dramatically improved my quality of life. I no longer do any deep cleaning, just general tiding.

Even if you don't intend on taking any 'roids, you should still go to your GP to rule out underlying infections that may be causing a pseudo relapse.
