I'm so sorry you have such pain to deal with and I can imagine that it gets totally unbearable for you. I figured you weren't OK. I'm so glad you told us outright. I'd not seen that thread, I'm sorry. Like I said in PM, I wish I could take away that horrid pain. Hang on there... hang on tight.

Edited to add: If I could I'd take you to the appointment myself, not that I'd be much use I guess. Apart from the fact I'm in a different country. Please ask for help that day, maybe family could change their plans all things considered... you will need someone with you. I don't mean to sound bossy, but please don't go driving yourself to that appointment!
