My advice : do it 1 time, for 2 to 5 minutes, every two hours.
It seem that, the effect of 2 minutes of unloading persist for 2 hours.
So if we always decrease anterior scalene muscle tone, it may atrophy.
It has worked for me. For the vein compression.
