I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. I am under the care of a great oral surgeon whom I trust and I know they do implants. I am not sure where you are located. If you are located by me I can shoot you his name and practice. I really hope this works out for you, I am extremely sensitive now to teeth issues due to the fact that I am dealing with stuff now.
