-Duragesic (fentanyl)
-MSIR (morphine sulfate)
Not exactly an interaction per se, but since depletion has been mentioned, opioids (and chronic pain itself) can suppress hormones in the pituitary-adrenal-gonadal axis which can result in depletion.
