As Leesa said, it may be a good time to get some professional support in your life if you don't have that already. I guess we all come to a place at times where it's difficult to not comment at all. Depends on the situation. Hard to know why you are suspicious, outspoken or annoyed. You may have good reason to be ALL of those things.

Then again maybe you've been holding back so long that it's suddenly all coming out. I did some assertive training courses when I was young. Long time ago now. I've always been very shy and quiet. People used to walk all over me. Not sure how much it really helped but I found the training helpful in tempering my responses to people unlike myself lol.
