Severe stomach burning almost every time I ate was a major symptom for me for several years when I was B12 deficient. This resolved when my B12 deficiency was discovered and treated. I also took fish oil, and other supportive supplements (b-complex, multivitamin).

A couple years later I removed gluten from my diet when my daughters tested positive for gluten sensitivity, and now I rarely have any GI complaints of any kind .
