It is obvious that I need to see an endocrinologist or maybe just a GYN doc
for testing of my hormones, I really believe after much much reading that my rosacea is hormone driven. It kind of makes me mad that the dermatologist did not suggest that I have my hormones tested...I am 48 years old. I would be willing to take a small dose of hormones to treat my face.
I can't see taking all of these antibiotics that really don't seem to be helping, (and becoming antibiotic resistant) the rosacea has definitely spread.
Good news is that The inflammation has gone down which is great!.
I just took my night meds...since I did not sleep last night I should sleep just fine tonight. I did not use the steroid cream tonight...am afraid that is why I was up all night last night..I am hypomanic just for the record.

I can't believe that I used benzol peroxide on my face tonight when I washed it.....this all started back in january when I wanted to stop using that product and heal my skin naturally remember that thread.
Come to find out that benzol peroxide has anti inflammatory properties. and that is why it worked to control acne.

I am working tomorrow at noon so have plenty of time to sleep.....
