Hello Rrae! Thank you for the welcome and the link.

I too was amazed and shocked when I was told the scs was put in for the wrong disorder. Naturally, I am nervous to redo the whole process, especially considering the cost of the procedure and device. On top of that, I have a blood clot issue and would have to take extra measures in an attempt to avoid clots. I am due for another surgery in my back and was going to have the doc do both surgeries at once, but don't know if I want to go through with the scs yet.

I am so nervous for the fact of what if it doesn't help? Why spend all that time and money for something that may not help at all? I just don't know what to do!

I will continue reading up on all the previous posts to hopefully get information that will help me to make a decision.
