So many differences in individuals. I didn't have any kind of digestive symptom until very late in my deficiency state, and the I developed constant more-or-less neausea. I was dying of untreated B12 malabsorption and had none of the "classic" digestive symptoms.

Some with digestive symptoms have symptoms and some do not. And to make it even more confusing, B12 deficiency can cause digestive problems or result from them, or both.
