Hi Everyone,

I don't have any of the CD's but I sleep the best when it's dark, quiet,no TV on, and raining out. The sound of the rain is so soothing it helps me stay asleep. Last night is a perfect example usually I never sleep more than 4 hours in a row, but it rained all night and I slept about almost 7 hours which is unheard of.

Prior to my injury I could sleep 14 hours straight but now I go to sleep fine it's staying a sleep. I've tried all the popular sleep aids. Ambien and Ambien CR left me like a zombie, Lunesta gave me the worst taste in my mouth I couldn't take it. So now I just watch my caffeine after 3 or so and try to do some type of excersice during the day. I don't know what it is about excersice and RSD but for me it just makes my body and pain feel better.

Thanks for the suggestion. I think I will go and load some of those sounds on my Ipod. It's worth the try.
