I gave up smoking almost three years ago now, in the hope that it would improve my symptoms. Last year ( despite the V/ATOS ) my troublesome neurological problems subsided on there on accord! I like to think that quitting smoking helped?????? I'm now also working on improving my shallow breathing issue to help increase my oxygen intake further.
