I had a severe case of rosacea fulminins. and had to have steroid injections in my face twice before seeing any results, had open sores and it was awful. took 10 days of clidamycin because we thought it was infectious, it was not after culture. then switched to 150mg of doxycycline, so about a week of that. I used creams steroid for one week and bactroban for the past 2 weeks, most of the sores are healed and only a few white heads remain. I used aczone again for the first time since this outbreak and it is like a miracle. took away a lot of the redness and I actually went with out a bandage last night to sleep going to not use that bandages any more and just go with out, I have some rosacea make up that I just bought from clinique yesterday if I feel I need to use that...so happy to report this!!!!!well my face is so much better so that I am not wearing the bandages as of last night. I feel so relieved about his. the bumps have almost all gone away, about 6 left is all. I bought some cover up make up yesterday...maybe I will give that a try. Am up early to take a shower as we are leaving at 9:30. We are going out of town for a night to ruston to visit our friends who live there. Jeff is going to sit in on a few songs, his friend is playing a gig at the foot ball game tail gating festivities....
