Are the spurs large and impinging on things?
Or will the new MRI clarify if they really are the problem or not?

No C spine spurs? C spine issues usually affect the hands & arms, but could some of those arm sx be from any kind of repetitive work injuries?

If that is a possibly see our Thoracic Outlet Syndrome forum (TOS for short)

Possibly an expert & highly skilled chiropractor might be of some help,even if only for an evaluation/opinion, but get the MRI results first..
