the MS people know that a few white spots can be crippling if they are in the right places. With a lot of neurological symptoms such as you describe, you have to be patient. Also, an MRI can show damaged area in white spots, but it does not show how deep those white spot are, maybe yours are just beginning, and they are not deep enough to start affecting you. In short, I wouldn't dismiss all those neurologists, you might need them later,
