Jeffrey,
Do you have access to meds? I get good relief from my teeth grinding/jaw clinching during sleep when I take my gabapentin. It is an anti-convulsive. Some jaw clenching is a sort of convulsion. Getting a prescription to try gabapentin (Neurontin) should not be difficult. It is available as a generic and has very few side effects, if any.
When I was taking testosterone to get my T level up to normal, a symptoms was acne. Maybe you are out of balance in hormones. Trying a supplement of DHEA, maybe 25 mgs per day may help balance them.
When I have a pimple or scab that will not heal, before I go to bed, I dab some Neosporin or bacitracin ointment on it and cover it with a band aid. By the next morning, the pimple/scab is healing nicely.
