Sorry, I forgot to add this, your estrogen cycle is lowest during your cycle. So going through menopause will only make things worse--not better.

You should speak with your doc to see if you need to try an estrogen supplement. I'm going to see if their is a lower dosage available. Thanks for the reminder!
