I'm doing this on a daily basis now. As a treat to myself I got a new relaxation CD of Tibetan Singing Bowls yesterday. I tried it this morning.
The first 5 mins was sublime.........Then all of a sudden the bowlplayer went almost berserk banging almost ever bowl he owned all at the same time!!!!!!

Far from relaxing.
BIG TIP- listen to the CD BEFORE you do your corpse pose session.
