Default Why can't they use this for Type 2???

Just found this article. It only pertains (from what I can ascertain), to Type 1's.

Thanks, Melody

Oh, just to update. Been taking Grapeseed Extract for two days now.

Two times a day.

First day my sugar dropped 40 points post prandial and yesterday, two hours after eating a lunch of tuna with sprouts, and a turkey burger, two hours later my sugar was 109.

My sugar has NEVER been 109 two hours after I eat IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

At Cornell, my goal was 170 post prandial.

This is all new territory to me. I take one grapeseed extract pill with breakfast and with lunch.

Morning readings are 119 and today my first pp after breakfast was 149 and we'll see at 4 p.m.

I'm not expecting 109 all the time, but it was nice to see that number.

If I have to go down to 15 of the Lantus before bedtime, I can do that.

Oh, and with my doctor's permission, I am now on half of my Lisinopril.
From 20, I am now taking 10. Feel MUCH better. NO brain fog.

So we shall see what happens down the road with this Grapeseed Extract.

Melody
