Default Search for practitioners

It appears that my son has TOS. He apparently overused his arms lifting weights and playing piano and is suffering from arm/elbow pain and tingling in his fingers. I am not sure who he should see first, a neurologist, orthopedic specialist, or vascular specialist. I want to make sure that he is seen by the best TOS person available who can direct his care. And if physical therapy or other modes of treatment are indicated, I would appreciate recommendations. I have read some things about the use of ultrasound and MRNeurography and would like to determine how useful these are in diagnosing and treating TOS.

Thank you.
