Help Maybe this would work for you.

I had beautiful teeth before my accident. Because of my TBI and acquired epilepsy, I now grind and clentch my teeth at night so bad that I've cracked and pushed my teeth out of alignment, my front bottoms that take the brunt of it are actually loose now...I really don't want to lose my teeth.

The grinding gives me headaches and jaw pain.

It's going to cost near 6K to fix them (repairs and reconstructive surgery). I'm waiting for the approval (court ordered) from the auto insurance company.
