Any tips or advice re: pulsatile tinnitus???

OMG I'm sick of this pulsing hum/whirling sound in my left ear!!!!!!!!!!
I'm thinking that its been triggered since my op (first rib excision -A/VTOS on right side). Its going well on the right side at the moment and it appears that my blood flow has resumed..... I will not know for sure the results until I have my follow up with my surgeon in 2 weeks.
I still have a venous occlusion prob on my left side ( where I am experiencing the pulsing).
I'm just wondering if I'm getting the pulsing because the left side is struggling with the extra flow???????
Any thoughts?
Has anyone had bilateral V/ATOS issues and experienced this worse AFTER surgery?
