Hi ~ Actually, you have a pretty GOOD MRI! LOL However, the bulging discs CAN cause pain. You could have back pain along with some sciatica too (pain going down the leg & into the foot). You could possibly have spasms along with the pain, and some stiffness due to the pain. It would be good to do some gentle stretching in the morning before you get out of bed. That helps "warm up" the muscles, etc., so they aren't so stiff & sore.
The sciatica can cause pain in the hips & buttocks too. You might also have some tingling & burning-type pain.

I sure hope you don't experience all these problems, but make sure you tell the doc if you do. I hope your pain is being treated. Best of luck & God bless! Hugs, Lee
