It might be of interest to read about.

This link/website explains it nicely -

Thank you so much for this article. It was stunning to read about the symptoms and to realize that I experience so many of them. Incredible.

I'll ask the doctor about the atlas. I am not so sure whether he is doing that or not.

I'll give the tiger balm a try. My elder son loves it for his stiff neck (from playing computer games ). I will also look for the pressure pointer. Has anyone of you this device and does it do any good?

The neck still feels "free" but for the whole day now I have had such an awful headache, starting from the whole head and now remaining on the "bad" side. Could it be from the manipulation of the neck?

I have taken my second dose of ibuprofen 400. Don't like that but pain is worse than the bad conscience because of the meds.

I'll keep you informed about the chiro therapy.

The sun has left Germany and now it is also dull and grey here but not cold .
