I had been watching a video of the TN conference in California that was back in the spring I think and one of the drs. either Dr. Casey, Dr. Barbaro or Dr. Tew made an off hand comment of doing this type of therapy in their practice when presented with different patient scenarios. Can't remember the patient scenario but I believe it was something along intractable pain and not being able to tolerate any more meds and had had multiple surgeries maybe. I just know the lidocaine caught my ear and I've googled it but not seeing much on it. Hopefully I can get an answer with someone experienced with it
