i "think" that what this tells you is the issue is not coming from your spne as far as your arms go, though the levels mentioned would be the ones to look at, and C7-T1 as well.....the mass affect in the side of the neck,(if memory serves this is right above the clavicle) is soft tissue....maybe displacement rather than actual mass?....used to be on TOS forum...havent been there regularly in a long time....good luck
