i really feel for you. i understand what you're going thru.
trazodone helps you get to sleep but may not keep you asleep thru the nite.
i'd suggest you get your dr to do a sleep study.
and, you might also try to find a pain dr, maybe associated thru a rehab hosp.
they will listen to you and not push pills but really try to help you. that was my experience.
i take 200mg of trazodone and ambien. have you tried any of those PM meds. they have some benadryl in them and that makes you tired. of course i wouldn't suggest any med without asking your dr.
