Combining supplements
Hi I'm new to this place and have never done anything like this before so here goes: I'm 29 and suffer with pmt I have a copper coil. I recently started taking some supplements to help with this. Firstly I'd like to know if the supplements I'm taking are ok to take together. I take evening primrose oil 1300mg, vitamin e 400iu, omega 3,6 and 9 and magnesium ok which are a multi vitamin that contain vit b, colic acid and zinc ect that help women with their monthly cycle. I also take 5htp 50mg or 100mg or 100 mg per day and i take all these in the morning when I wake up. These supplements make me feel great, I'm not tired and no pmt the only thing is my sex drive has gone. There are 2 new things I wanted to add to my morning supplement GABA and how much would I take? And also a amino acid multi vit as I have recently given up red meat, pls can someone tell me if I'm ok taking all these vits at the same time??? Thanks Kerry
