Most supplements do not have special requirements.
Oils should be taken with food.
B12 alone in high dose should be taken on an empty stomach.
Most people find B-complex is best taken in the morning because it is energizing.
But many things can be taken as you like, unless you notice something that indicates otherwise. You say you think yours are working? So then you are getting the benefits of them.
I really can't say about GABA... this supplement is iffy orally.
Some say it works some, others not. That would be up to you.
What is important is to drink enough water daily and make sure you have normal kidney functions.
